I didn't know that. But nevertheless there still settlements that are demolished because Israeli law ruled so.

Also here, reality is much more complex.
Israel has divided the West Bank into different zones. Zones where they allow settlements, and zones where they do not allow settlement. So settlements in these last zones are illegal according to Israeli law, and are demolished by the Israeli government accordingly
Settlements in the first type of zones, are not demolished and being expanded, supported by the Israeli government.

However according to international law, and the original UN resolution on the 2 state solution, all these settlements are illegal.

Walls can be destroyed after sattelment my friend,
life you will not able to bring back..............................

Also even in the zones where the Isreali allow settlements, they could be demolished if the land turns out to have a private (palestanian) owner right ?
2012-11-18 16:37:34
yes, we have the high court for justice to decide on those cases.
I really enjoy this topic. The six day war was provoked by Israel, without any justified cause?? Just mining the Tiran strait was a casus belli on its own, without considering the egyiptian divisions dispatched at the Sinai, probably for a picnic, without considering Nasser's request for UN to withdraw its military, and without considering all the shit that has been on the tv and radio about the extermination of jews.

You really think that going back to the pre'67 borders, would solve this problem? Arabs will NEVER stop this, until there is one jew left there. The borders are just motives for them, the situation was the same before '67 aswell.

Yes, that is also correct.
Just mining the Tiran strait was a casus belli on its own

Nasser offered Israel to go to the International Court of Justice to see if it was their right to close the strait. Israel chose not to go to Court. So no, that's not a justified cause.

the egyiptian divisions dispatched at the Sinai

Israel has dispatched divisions in the directen of Gaza (and therefore Egypt, as Gaza is close to Egypt). So Egypt can attack the Israeli's now? No. Moving divisions is not a justified cause.

Nasser's request for UN to withdraw its military

His right to request that. Still not a justified cause.

all the shit that has been on the tv and radio about the extermination of jews

I don't see the relevance.

You really think that going back to the pre'67 borders, would solve this problem? Arabs will NEVER stop this, until there is one jew left there. The borders are just motives for them, the situation was the same before '67 aswell.

Please, I know you are biased, but please, would you mind reading what I write? Please? Thank you.

I'm not saying this one thing will solve the problem (the problem is far to complex to be solved that easily). I'm saying it's a part of the two state solution. Just read, will you?

There is no Islam in me :p (Just like there is no Judaism or Christianity inside me, I'm an atheist.)

And yes, there is Islam in Europe. I don't see what the problem is with that.

again because I didnt see your answer... im not saying if god or the devil launchs rockets to you... anybody who launchs rockets to your country, what would you do?

prepare the defence systems, then call to UN; not attack over and over again, and then prepare an INVASION with 75.000 militaries to Gaza... directly thats an genocide

btw... gaza is more than you show in that video but in this kind of situation it is show us the worst parts ONLY just for people like you can say is inhumane conditions

maybe I dont seen the rich village, his lasts Audi, and his ultimate technology; if the UN intervenes there with humanitarian help, and the international red cross, it´s not precisely for his high human development index.

======================

The last thing Israel want is to get their with ground forces,
But as the Hamas is firing rockets now from civiliazed places and near schools, building and crowd areas we probably will have no choice.

Actually, im reading it. Perheps you didnt finish the sentence, but from this post, i think you've found the solution

Both sides are totally wrong and are not willing to work out a decent solution (which would be the pre '67 borders).
2012-11-19 11:59:43
There is no interest for the Arab countries in this solution,
They need the situation to stay like that and use Gazza and the Palestinians there for their main goal and demolish Israel.

Nice article from the Editor-in-Chief of Asharq Al-Awsa (the biggest Arabic daily news that no one will think that he is pro-Israel)
The solution to Gaza…return to Syria!
