I was talking just about prosperous automobile companies :-D, not that craps like ford or fiat or others :-D. How seat is doing ?
he is extremly right sided

Stop using semantics to make me look bad. Classical liberalism isn't extreme right.

btw, we all can hear in news about world crises and automobile crises but slovakia aut. companies are making new and new fabrics :-) and they raise production. Especially KIA. I worked there some time ago and they were setting up news factory in Czech when I was leaving them (cos better job) and this year they have 2 new fabrics in poland (main fabrics are still in Slovakia).

So where is that crises :-D ?
ok, classical liberalism.... but imho it is same, but ok.... :-)
No, it is not the same. Extreme right and liberalism even don't go together. Extreme right is extreme conservatism mixed with classical (ethnic) nationalism.

It's because German population is 1,5x higher than French, so under the same development level Germany's economy is 1,5x more significant. But government policies have nothing to do with demographics.

Another difference is that the ratio of the industrial sector is somewhat higher in Germany, so the ratio of exports is higher too. But historically it was always like that, since the unification of Germany (I mean around 1871).

France doesn't have a significant number of colonies since the '60s.

I don't see why should we exclude armaments industry. Not that it's the leading sector of France.

Health of economy is similar too, the growth was similar.

But French workers like demonstrating much more than Germans, they go to the streets much easier. Maybe that's why it looks like they are in greater trouble.

That is an interesting claim. I would like to see you defend it.

But historically it was always like that, since the unification of Germany.

You cannot really make a historical claim on a period of two decades.

You're right about the whole industry thing, but that is a choice that has been made by the French government.

But French workers like demonstrating much more than Germans, they go to the streets much easier. Maybe that's why it looks like they are in greater trouble.

It's not just appearance. France is going to be in trouble if they don't change their policy. And with Hollande, it doesn't seem like that change is going to happen.
I've edited my post, I didn't mean since the 1990 unification, I meant since around 1871. My bad. It's quite a tradition.

You are also right, that their population is not 1,5x more, French population was growing faster. Now it's only 1,25x. German workforce is 1,5x to French tho.

But we went pretty far away from my original argument, because France isn't a development state anymore.
ok, mistake in explanation, I mean that you stand for liberalism = totally and huge support for free trade.

I stand for certain limitation of free trade

and Valenciano like very limited free trade.

now better ? So nothing with nationalism or so.

the point is the same for Italy, Spain and France (or ireland or Greece)
euro is a cage where german dominators caught us.

they (germany) depreciate labour costs inside their market (with mini-work politics + a growt of salaries under inflation rate),
so they gained a competitive advantage versus other euro-area countries.
the other countries to defend themselves must devaluate their coin (as any M. friedman liberist worship would say!!), but they can't, because of the euro (that is the coin of invaders so you can't depreciate your versun their!!!)
So what is to be done?
To lower the labour rights and salaries to recuperate the competitivity lost. And this is what "Europe ask us to..", in every country..
But this is a vicious circle.. it will continue to depress markets, until who get less money will spend less..

in fact finally crisis is coming to the northern countries, they can't continue to sell things where there are no money..
and now in fact.. now EU need more time to cut deficits..
why now? because of now is the time that is more useful for dominators.
the austerity politics is a suicidal one, but until is useful for Germany we all must do it. When it comes they don't need it no more..

it is not a problem of public spending or "state economy" (nederland spend 3 billion euro for saving a bank, deutsch bank is going to be helped by german gov too.. every country does the same..)
it is a problem of what EURO REALLY IS..
It is a cage to change the internale redistribution into Europe countries.
