still not evidence they are not fake peanuts ... in China they have chicken (taste, structure, look, ...) which is purely without meat.

The product is called 'Whole Hearted Roasted Monkey Nuts'. Someone with a nut allergy buying that product - regardless of the ingredients on the label - is ... well, nuts.
And apart from that, there is no need of a public FSA. Abolish it. Private organizations are perfectly capable of offering that service. In competition, which improves the quality. This is not a market failure and ergo, it should not be done by the government.
You know I'm a true classical liberal, who opposes 99% of government intervention. And I'm tending towards 100%, so you shouldn't be surprised :-)

Btw, the way they searched for those Chechen brothers in Boston was even more insane. Like Ron Paul said, it was like martial law. You're not allowed to go out of your home and the police / FBI enters your home because of a bombing that killed three people. That's seems like a lot of liberty that was restricted to find them.
