But tell me, how should Egypt fulfill those requirements (for democracy).

with time and a democratization process.
Whoever claim that is possible to "turn on" democracy by making an election is wrong.
BTW: democracy is still un-applied in europe and america, so we have to think that democracy is NOT what we use to think it is. This long time process is running in the entire planet, somwhere is a young process, somewhere il a centuries-long process.

with time and a democratization process.

That's meaningless again. What steps should be taken to stimulate that process?
What steps should be taken to stimulate that process?

army protecting and supporting the laicist pro democratics is greatk, like turkish army did long ago, and now them is the mulim country most close to democracy, so good step for the egypcians. If army satys strong against those muslim brothers, then there is a chance for Egypt
But they should allow the Muslim Brotherhood to organize themselves and let them say what they want. What is happening now seems to be that there are two sides, and when one side comes to power, they oppress the other side and vice versa.

those big mass demonstration are one step. for example.
But I think the only real difference is made by education of people.
no democracy can exist without public and free schools where no ideological or religious lines are imposed.
But they should allow the Muslim Brotherhood to organize themselves

always that muslim brothers accept how democacy is. because if they dont, and they go for sharia, then they dosent respect the laicist, so why should laicist respect them?
so why should laicist respect them?

Because 'an eye for an eye' should be in the past.
he, just look how islamists manage the countries they took on

ps: not everybody is Jesuschrist who offers the other check

chanching topic, now that i know who Snowden is xD

what do you people think about the flight of Evo Morales, Bolivia´a president, being stuck for hours, like forced not to fly. it seems some people thougth Snowden was in this flight, but Morales and other leadres of the region has taken this as an insult to Bolivia

Well, this is just objective fact, not opinion of SA leaders. Even when I do no not like Morales and rest of gang, it should not happen to any head of state. Its also bad for reputation of European politicians who publicly and harshly criticise USA for spying and then acted againist Snowden in that extremous way (and I heard that French have now own scandal with spying peoples electronic corresponce). Its not even funny.

yeah it isnt, its serious stuff!

European politicians who publicly and harshly criticise USA for spying and then acted againist Snowden in that extremous way (

thats just a politician way: they let CIA illegal or non legal flights over different european countries, and at the same time were criticising USA , to have more votes, they stink

Nicaragua offers "asilum" to Snowden, Venezuela too

the thing is how Snowden is getting there without any help from the russians, i dont think he can

i mean, the asylum offer ssems a politic movement, i dont think they think Snwoden can arrive there, just publicity. We´ll see anyway

Russia helps when its useful. Maybe they are just waiting for better offer.

Maybe decision to stop Morales was influenced that in case of fail it will be still good show that even diplomatical immunity will not stop hunting. But it would be good counter-trolling if would Morales or someone else took own plane, get Snowden and flew to SA.

no money = no control
It's a very interesting experiment of real democratic information?
I wonder if journalist used to work against real information, are still able to make real journalism...
