That's true, but in those cases, they have their power as a lender, not as the EU.

They won't solve them, because they're led by politicians, and they make the decisions.

You can blame the commission, but they have no power. If politicians don't do what the commission say, they can't do anything.

If they bought it, they have the right to sell it anytime. But I guess they could buy and sell American or Russian bonds too for instance. The same could happen, if you would be out of the EU, so it's not related to the EU.
