Lagarde and the IMF have a new idea: let's tax all bank accounts in the Eurozone at 10%. Not the profits of those accounts. No no, the account itself. If this is not theft, theft is a void concept.

It is not theft, at least not more theft than any other tax, as you can achieve exactly the same by taxing the income generated by those accounts at an appropriate (though strange) tax rate.
It does seem to be a highly stupid idea, though. I thought they had hit their ceiling with the Cyprus' deposits confiscation fiasco, but I was clearly underestimating them.

Probably, but Switzerland is not going in the right direction. You are giving up your banking secrecy, Switzerland is cooperating too much with our tax authorities.

It's interesting to understand that that program was intended to save european banks from the "haircut"(german and french for the greater part), than to help greece to come out from its debt crisis.

Romania sucks at everything again...from politics to killing dogs and destroying environment ...not to mention thieves...just wanted to remind you that!!!!
And just in case...I wanted to mention this:
We will get to the qualification match for the Brazil WC ...but not because we are good (we will only draw with Estonia) ...but Turkey will most likely lose vs Netherlands. If we get there ...we don't deserve it!
