but seriously... if we can make good system for giving people into "governing class" or that just certainly caste/group will have vote you can make much better system than just democracy.
why ?? plebs and not educated people (I dont mean studies, just people who can think) will not be abusing voting system like democracy is.

you know... give to people bread and games and they will vote you.... this is the biggest mistake of democracy, democracy is crap.

if you just dont give voting right for people who are (maybe/examples):
-more than half of year unemployed or
- make some big crime or
- have not secondary school

how much can change every parliament in EU :-)

Freedom of speech doesn't mean you have to agree or listen to them. They can say what they want, I however have the right to ignore who I want. You and Rumpil are getting close to that ;-)

In Libya are a lot of guns, which were produces in NATO countries, and are newer so in all Libya has a big problem to find right bullets. (It seems like that guns were delivered lately from foreign so it is not from Libya)

But somebody who can read russian better than me should check it :-) so we say if rebels have their "home guns" or somebody "help" them ;-)

You do realise there is a crapload of military hardware in the region? Not that it wouldn't surprise me if someone - not necessarily the USA! - was sponsoring the rebel factions. It's just not by any means anywhere this simple as you seem to think.
