@Jim: You do know there's a difference between neonazism and nazism, right?
wrong!
no difference at all!
the neonazis admire the nazis they copy the ideology and the actions of the nazi, they want to do the exact thinks...
so the only difference is that the neonazi dont have the power to make the same thinks with the nazi, in any case they have the power they make the same old thinks...

My friend, you have the abstraction capacity of a snail :)
Knowing whom this 'insult' comes from makes it completely insignificant.

On Sunday, the border guard service said Russian authorities have identified definite signs that a “humanitarian catastrophe” is brewing in Ukraine.
Yes, and it's called the Russian army :/
And ofcourse Russia is claiming these things, so they have even more reason to illegally occupy non-Russian territory in the Ukraine and act as the 'great saviour'.

Crimea forms its own fleet as Ukraine Navy chief sides with region
if you say that you always look on both sides you have no right to call these people terrorist cause as well we should call russian soldiers like that
name terrorist in this case is forced by russian gov-ment media ;]
foreign people (or abused home people) attacking in name of "major population" in ukraine and paid by different country are terrorist. my opinion
I dont know if russian gov-ment media call them terrorist, I dont watch them, just sometimes as all world media....

Yeah, if it's a site in a language I don't know, and there is no information about that site in a language I do understand (Dutch, English, French, German), I cannot consider that a reliable source.
I am not sure in lybian people or syrian people or russian people need write everything in english just for you :-). Most of simple people dont know english there :-)
reliable news are news which can give you true and real information, no matter in what language are written !!! You can always use google or friends who know that languages and can inform you as I do :-)

Could this get more obvious?
Russian soldiers on foreign (Ukrainian) soil have taken 2 airports, a government buliding, 1 navy base, and tonight took 50 ukrainians soldiers as hostages - on ukrainian soil, fly military helicopters over a sovereign country's airspace. Ukrainian goverment offcials accepted by the international community (the people who some idiots call facists) call for, peace in every way they can, as everyone knows that without Nato help, they'll have no chance against the soviet war machine, just like Poland had no chance in 1939... history repeats itself, unfortunately.
China, Turkey, USA, EU and NATO had condemed Russia's advance on Crimea (autonomous part of Ukraine, under Ukrainian constitution and sovereignty) - no matter how many catholics, islamists, russians, chinese, or homosexuals live there - its a sovereign country with a boarder which has been crossed by a military of another country) we need to stick to the facts.
Is there still anyone, even from Russia, who has anything in Putin's defence??
+
also, the calls for a independent Crimea is complete nonsense, even in the "so called" referendum in may?, as it already is (was) a autonomous region in Ukraine, and by the way you don't do referendums at gunpoint from malitia who already put up their own and russian flags up, with the help of another country's military. The calls for independent crimea is a hypocricy, it would be like the french army, with a french leader, invading spain and occupying Barcelona in the name of catalan independece? wtf? come on... that is not how it is done, if there ever was such a need in the first place, unfortunately its only Putin's politics, who plays the part of the mother who is willing to cut up "her" child in the "kings salamon's story" and also only to frighten more Russians within his own boarders, into submission.
slight difference in methods, for independece:

oil and crym is important and that is the point, no doubt about it.
But very important is also future of Ukraine and what started this conflict.
EU and maybe USA can give Ukraine little real help but they can give to Ukraine "democracy".
But Russia has there gas pipeline and Ukraine obtains low prices of gas so if Ukraine will go to EU, state budget will collapse very soon cos oil price will be higer, they will get standard price.
So Ukraine has no choice.
But this conflict was not started just by home inhabitants (after Janukovič refuse EU), there are foreign protesters and aggressors paid by foreign money, so this is not just Ukraine local problem, but the world (west and east part of the world) is playing there ugly game.
My opinion is that Ukraine can choose their own free way just after their economy will be healthy and much higher than now. Now they had to listen, sad fact!
Slovakia gpd per head 94 mil usd (2012 wiki)
Ukraine gpd per head about 8 mil usd !!! (2007 wiki)

... or like the US bombing Belgrade in the name of Kosovo's independence.
We can discuss treaties and morals here, but none are behind Putin's actions, nor in the minds of the governments opposing him on this one.
Ukrainian goverment offcials accepted by the international community
Who is this "international community"? Russia, for instance, has not recognized the self-proclaimed government in Kiev. Don't know about most countries. I'm assuming the US and EU have, after all they were plotting for this to happen, although I'm not 100% sure it's official. Others?

Well, I mostly agree with you, but this is simply not true. You know there were other reasons.
(Not that I agree with how the US dealt with the Kosovo/Serbia crisis. I am always opposed to bombing and invasion.)

Who is this "international community"?:
United Nations, NATO, EU, + Turkey and China.
Russia is only in the UN, but they already broke the UN rules, which they acceped when joining, so if I may say so, the should be kicked out of the UN - straight away, for adding fuel to this almost fire.
And Ukraine should be taken into NATO, as soon as possible just like some voices in Polish politics are saying, politiacal assurences are one thing, but if those don't stand, Ukraine should get as many real allies as soon as possible, so as not to make the 1938-1939 mistake. When Hitler invaded Poland, it was too late, for political agreement's.
If things quiet down, like the sovereign Ukrainian government is asking, then fine, but the other side, the worst scenario is thar our childeren will be reading about Putin's 1 march 2014 attack against Ukraine which we just witenesed, like we read about Hitler's 1st of septemper 1939 attack on Poland.
And there are also other thing's, or mistakes super powers make, like USA, but if I am honest the margin of error is still in USA favour, when you compare it to Russia's historical bodycount, and brutality, even now, just look at catalan separatist's and "Crimea separatists", on one side you have fc Barcelona, flags, protests and refferendums, peacful in general with the odd idiot, and on the other side you have armed men in balaclava's and russian flags (with the support of a dictator-Putin lets start being real), occupying an autonomous region of another soverign country. That is not the independence of crimean, its the exact opposite.
We all agree in esscence, but I think a lot of people in the west don't quite understand how cunning Putin is. And that he only takes serious messures, siriously, on most occasions he just does and takes what he wants, literally.

United Nations, NATO, EU, + Turkey and China.
But most EU is NATO, and so is Turkey, so basically NATO+China (but did China really recognize the new govt at all? Or did it just tell Putin not to mess around? Most countries expressed their wish of no military conflict, but not so many are sure about the legal status of the whole thing).
even now, just look at catalan separatist's and "Crimea separatists",
Yes, but you are choosing Catalans over Basques (ETA) or Irish (IRA). As far as I know, there was no violent separatism in Crimea until Yanukovych's escape. And, to be honest, if I was a Russian-speajing Ukrainian right now, I don't know if I would be very safe. Not only I don't trust the first actions of this new government: even if they meant no harm, it wouldn't be so easy for me to just trust and wait if I was there.
Just to make my point clear: I'm not arguing how "legal" Putin's actions are (which is not so interesting anyway as no country with nuclear weapons ever cared about such thing). I'm saying that the unrest in the east is legitimate and understandable, and to some point to be expected given the rhetoric of Miadan's groups. This didn't seem to bother much the US when planning Ukraine's next government ("f**k the EU" and all that, remember?), but it was an angle that Russia could exploit to recover some ground (more metaphorically than literally). And each party had incentives to stimulate and exploit internal divisions in Ukraine.
The US, or NATO if you want, and Russia have been playing imperialism chess with Ukraine as a board, and still are. So far, we have some tens of casualties, all of them Ukrainian of course, and let's hope none more to come. So I don't think is a matter of siding, or seeking the lesser evil, or checking in much details the arguments put forward (which they uphold today and criticize tomorrow, depending on the case), what we need is the big guys stop playing. That's not something that lesser powers can impose, so it's really up to the citizens of the main powers punish such behavior by their governments. Unfortunately, I don't see it happening any day soon...
