about ww2 and USA, yes, they won, they imposed an afetr war treaty to loser countries (as Italy).

First, the USA was part of the Allies victory. The British, Canadians, Australians, French, Russians and a 100 or so other countries fought against the Axis countries. The Big Three (USA, British and Russians) agreed to terms of ending the war at Potsdam Conference.

When talking about Panama you should post a more complete story ;) Things as dictator and drug cartel buddy Manuel Noriega, his declaration of war with the US, shifting sides towards Soviet bloc (at the end of the Cold War!) and ofcourse the American-owned Panama Canal is all quite important info and can't be simply left out.

Really a completely different situation as Russia's invasion and illegal annexation of Crimea.

This is always just about excuses why US can do it and Russia not. If your argument about Panama are valid, why US didnt attack the north Korea, it is much higher security problem than Panama ever was :-)

I see. "The US had interests there" is a much more valid reason than "Russia had interests there" :P
