Exactly we dont refuse help them but:

1. somebody had to make solid guarantees if we will set up that selling trade to the country which dosnt like pay for oil at all :-). If EU will make such a quarantines, we can sell them gas.

2. We had to examine our contract with Gazprom, cos there can be some items in contract which can make this problematic and our commitments and international commitments, so international law and contracts are more important that Ukrainian needs.

It will be very hard teach Ukrainian nation pay for products but we all can try for that :-D

So, apparently tonight is going to start the ukrainian civil war.
If we're lucky, we got another Vietnam or a mass humanitarian catastrophe, with genocide, refugees, and so on.
In the worst scenario, WW3, that certainly means the end of the world.
