Ofcourse it is. Maybe not to Russia, because it was once part of the Soviet Empire and Ukraine has a (pro-)Russian minority (just as many other countries have minority groups who are not invaded by their neighbor), but to the rest of the world Ukraine is a sovereign nation with borders that are clear for all other countries.

And also: an agreement signed on Dec. 5, 1994, by the United States, Britain, Russia (!!!) and Ukraine, promising to recognize Ukraine’s borders in exchange for Ukraine giving up its nuclear weapons at the time.

Netherlands and Italy too.
Still those are not and will not.
I think you confuse formalities with reality.

Oh, my country isn't a sovereign nation? Please explain why (and please be realistic, no looney nonsense this time!).
Knowing that the energy sector is the motor of the Russian economy, here is an interesting article:

i f you don't recognize it..
I can not wake you up.
Anyway, just ask yourself what a real soverign nation is.
Is a nation represented in UN?
Is a nationa that are recognized by other nations?
or it needs something completely different?

You say I don't live in a sovereign nation while I'm sure I do, so please explain to me why I'm wrong. Don't tell me to wake up and post all kind of questions, you post this statement so I assume you can explain it to me why I'm wrong (and I prefer a realistic explanation without the crazy nonsense ofcourse).
EDIT: and to make sure we are talking about the same thing, the definition of sovereign state:
A sovereign state is a nonphysical juridical entity of the international legal system that is represented by a centralized government that has supreme independent authority over a geographic area. International law defines sovereign states as having a permanent population, a government, and the capacity to enter into relations with other sovereign states.
And the definition of border:
Borders define geographic boundaries of political entities or legal jurisdictions, such as governments, sovereign states, federated states and other subnational entities.
EDIT2: anyway, we are talking about Ukraine and not my country.

using your deifinitions, you are right.
using intelligence is not that hard to understand what I said.
just try to remember what International law really is..

It are not my definitions, it are the internationally used definitions. And I'm not going to have a discussion over definitions, they are as they are.
I think using the right definitions is kinda important. Making up your own definitions is a guarantee for messing up discussions and own made up definitions also give way to much room for misinterpretation and total nonsense.

Ok,
I will not discuss this with you.
(and I hope you'll do the same, letting me discuss it with the rest of the people, without disturbing, tnx)

Ah, so you want to discuss it but with your own made up definitions so they fit to your ideas, and when your ideas change to much you then change the definitions again so it all fit again? Is that it?
And what are your definitions exactly? That is important to know when others want to have a discussion with you, or else no one will understand you.

Ah alright, you have no answer to that.
Posting your ideas but not speaking the same 'language' as other people do (like for example using your own made up definitions you yourself don't even explain on this forum) is useless.

Yes, Action speak louder than words: Russia gave Ukraine Billions of dollars in the discounted gas.
What did Ukraine get from EU, USA, IMF?
Energy cost increase for population 90%, pensions cut 50%...

Yep, put the money where the mouth is: Who's gonna pay Ukrainian debt? ;)
