Indeed, when you take into account both the current state of technology and the current state of media around the world, direct access to the sources is the best you can do. And then you don't need to ponder whether what you are getting is a side of the story or not, nor what exactly is each actor claiming.

It cant end well...when Russia starts to help, it always ends badly...and now it is even in charge crazy Putin with his broken russian mentality...

I am not sure, if russia is author of "bad end". Look on iraq, lybia and then look on Georgia case.
In Iraq and lybia there is terrible end. In Georgia everything is ok.

So...can you use some examples or fact to prove that your statement is not just your bad opinion :-) ?

Well, its my opinion and I dont have to say a word about it to you ;)

And putting there USA, when Im talking about Russia, this is just you...

Look to the history, I dont want to have discussion with you, its same like punching to a wall...

That is true.
It is also true that Crime ended up far better than Lugansk or Donetsk, I dare to say thanks to Russian involvement. I also think Russia played a very positive role during the discussions about Syria, preventing the US from pulling another "Colin Powell-Pixar trucks" :P

That said, I still wouldn't like a government like Putin's on my country or anywhere I live or plan to go...

what history?? -- you mean 2 thousand years ago, or just several hundreds ago...on what time is relevant for "your" history ??
If you dont know answer...ok, look at last 50 years of history and open my eyes :), or look to bronze age and open my eyes :)

I can compare two cases:

lybia and US liberating >current status ??
Krym and Russia liberating >current status ??

:-) same cases just different actor ?

I don't really see any similarity between Libya and Crimea. Maybe I'm weak in history and Libya was part of the USSR, and then there was some referendum, etc, but I doubt it.

I also think that each action of the Russian government deserves its own assessment, independently of the assessment we can make about other actions of the same government, and clearly independently of what other governments have done in unrelated situations.

If I shoot some random man, would you have an opinion about it? Or if I donate to the Red Cross, would you have an opinion about it? Or would you need to know whether my neighbor ever killed someone first? Will that change the value of my actions?

Russia is violating Ukraine sovereignty. = fact.

Putin: "this reminds me of II world war, when german facist occupants would surround our towns.." :-] jesus..., this idiocy is beyond me...
...and It will probably have and impact on all our lives ...with time... I honestly can't believe anyone is still buying this bullshit...
I erge everyone to listen to Fogh Rasmussen clear, rational statement, to get a little grasp of reality, among this mythomania and pure crap.

You didnt read posts before well. There was statment about how it ends when russia is somewhere involved.
Crimea and lybia is nice example of US/EU result and Russia result.
2014-08-30 10:42:08
There are facists, but on ukrainian side. but you dont want open your eyes and look on reality.
2014-08-30 10:46:47
Im having fun how clever you are ;)

As usual missing the point completely... ehh... listen to the rhetoric... of both sides, and try understanding that Putin just like Dmitri Rogozin or Vladimir Zhirinovsky are high ranking officials of a large (and already aggressive on at least 3 occasions) state, not so far from Poland and Slovakia, and in theory they are supposed to be responsible and rational, Putin's rhetoric is far from it...

So, (by your "logic") I assume if there are facists!! or communists! in Slovakia it is okay for Poland to attack it by tanks and artillery tomorrow :-D, to save you? ;-p ..or better to save the polish minority in Slovakia, 3000 plp or so... lol. You are really lost...

as usual, you are trying to persuade me that your totally nonsense stories are relevant and based on true and reality. LOL

Right sector in Ukraine stand for fascist idols and ideas and they fighting side by side with ukrainian coup army are fact, or you want deny this ?

I assume if there are fascists!! or communists! in Slovakia it is okay for Poland to attack it by tanks and artillery tomorrow :-D this is funny, i never told anything right this. You just said here that defenders are fascist and you dont realize, that fascist are on government side. That is, just facts, the rest of your talking is funny nonsense, without any normal point...

While you articulate your thoughts much better than rumpil does, I can't honestly say you have a stronger case than he has :/
You keep equating accusations with facts, and somehow seem convinced that rejecting one country's propaganda (a fine thing to do) implies embracing other countries' propaganda (not that a smart thing to do).

I understand Poland took a very clear position right from the start, so probably the news coverage there will present a rather, mm, "focused" view. Maybe if I plugged myself 24/7 to Russia Today I'd be volunteering in Lugansk or something by now :P Hence I don't derive personal conclusions about you from this discussions.
But many times it all boils down to "Russia is evil beyond logic", a little bit like fairy tales antagonists, but that can't be taken by serious analysis. You may think that the Russian government ignores any ethical consideration when pursuing its goals (I'm likely to believe that from 100% of this planet's governments anyway :P), but those goals exist, and whatever they do, it has a motivation and a logic. And, more importantly, this is not (just) about Russia. You have all those Ukrainian trying to become former-Ukrainians, and they have their reasons and logic as well. There is a striking effort in the West to frame it as "Ukraine vs Russia" or "Ukraine vs pro-Russian", like they are at best just some peripheral source of support to Russia, and at worst simply negligible. They are not. They are at the center of this conflict, Russian support or not, and understanding why clearly has not been a priority.

instead of you nonsense stories and personal hate against russia... I will rather post here new facts :-).
Just read it and they you can tell me your opinion :-D
