Though one would expect less lights in Eastern Ukraine.

It was my first thought too, mainly because rumpil posted it :p But I was actually too lazy to further check it.

They put Amsterdam in Ireland. Look at all the red lights.

Rules were about

- antispam rules like not too long posts or not too many news per user in the same day
- only news with a link to a newspaper on line (to verify if it's a real or official news)
- only photo or video made by a journalist (named on post)
and ...
- other usual rules used in a forum of course
