Subject: P.E class
at University we have only: "There is ball, just play" :D
yea that´s the game, but could you tell what´s the name of the game in english? I might need that itf:P
oh and we have also an alternative version of the game. but I´m not a retardo, which means I don´t take part of it. It´s basically the same game, but in the end, the loser won´t bend over, but instead he/she,(well ok I´ve never seen a girl playing that) will get down on knees with hands behind the neck, faceing the ball. and then the winners will take longshots towards loser´s cojones. if you miss you´ll get down on your knees next to loser aswell.

yeah, you don´t wanna play it with gays, if you lose the game, they might try to nail you while you bend over..

I have a video of that game(I was the camerman)...maybe I'll put it later
2 hours a week is what the govt wants. I did A level so had a lot more with it.
Autumn - Puddox/Football/Rugby/X-country/gymnastics/table tennis/basketball
Winter - t-tennis/basketball/dodgeball/badminton/volleyball/indoor football
Spring - Athletics/Cricket/Football/all the indoor crap
Summer - Football/Cricket/Puddox/Rounders/Athletics
Swimming thrown in somewhere as well.
Didnt do these things all the time, spread out across the years, basically at year 11-13 you do whatever you want, but its more structured lower down with the curriculum and what not. Hour lessons.

The other problem with our footy pitch is in winter it just turns to muddy slush, and it cuts up very badly
in my school we have pitch with artificial surface, but in winter nobody takes care about it and don't want to take this f....n snow from it.
Our own game :)
Kind of a cross between cricket and baseball. Quality game when done right.

3 x 45 minute physical training periods per week
1 x run period - usually involves 5-10 minutes warm up, ~25 minutes high intensity running/shuttles/beep test/3.2km test etc, 5-10 minute cool down
1 x circuit period - generally for 'cardio-respiratory fitness and local muscular endurance' - medicine balls, torsion bars etc, basically about 10-15 different exercises spending about 1 minute per exercise. Warm up at start and cool down at end as per run, and no resting.
1 x sport period - self explanatory
When I first joined the military we had 3 x 1.5 hour PT periods a week, but sport wasn't one of them.

i do half an hour swimming and half and hour running from monday to friday, before working. After the swimming, i get a hot shower then i go sooo relaxed to work.
On weekend i try to do "flexiones" ( that army thing that consist on being down on the floor pulling up your body with the arms)
