what the hell is wrong with this game, i have intel dual core 2.80(rated at 3.2mhz), 3 gb ram memory,video card with 512 mb 800 fr. and i cant play the stupid game, i have incredible lag with very low setings and lowest resolution.

PC, dont tell me that my system configuration is old or very low, i know that my pc isnt a rocket, but it has the recomanded system req for that game, and i cant even play it at lowest resolution.

Standard newbie misconception, measuring cards performance by its video memory.
512 MB means nothing if GPU is weak.

Anyway your card should run it on some low resolution like 800*600 and low details, check your drivers and DirectX...
