Anybody any experience with this program? I'm trying to install natbib and despite the effort they put in explaining into great detail how to use and interpret each command, they remain mystical about how to install their package.

I already have the bibfiles. Maybe I'm missing some other files, but the manual doesn't mention any. Maybe I put my bibfile in the wrong folder. I have no clue.

thx in advance

Auto-update from Miktex 2.9 should install any missing package...

I checked and it seems I have the latest. But as soon as I call the \usepackage{natbib}
he makes trouble. And I have no idea why.

If I can't find a solution, I'll enter my citations the old fashioned way. Grmbl.

update: it did 'something' thanks for the advice.

meeow.

sorry, but isnt there a topic on programming and other such stuff already that was floating around here somewhere?

yes, but none of those programmers would consider it programming ;)

It is fixed now. You can close this.
