If it was only about diplomacy, his bank accounts wouldn't have been blocked and no international apprehension order would have been released. Not with the shaky evidence the case has (it has been revoked once and now it's re-ordered, something our media didn't bother to mention). I highly doubt the people that are after assange the kind of people that get mad because of a dirty laundy list :)

This is ILLEGAL under UN Law.

Why she does not get into trouble but Wikileaks does???? And why she does not resign because now every body knows she gave illegal orders??? Yes because ALL these countries that are after wikileaks kiss PHAT American ASS.

Despite the gossip, this justifies the leaking.

I guess stealing official documents is also illegal under UN law. Which doesn't justify what Clinton did. Although personally, I think everyone should be able to investigate everyone if they want to.

They did not STEAL it!! Someone working in US Foreign Department LEAKED them!! So you can't accuse Wikileaks of STEALING! Try again another argument!

And Clinton did not ask to INVESTIGATE! She is asking to SPY on the UN Chief! Big difference...

First of all, and I'm only gonna ask this once, can you please stop with your irritating use of Caps Lock? Thank you. Spy is just another word for unknown investigation, so I don't see the difference.

And no, technically, WikiLeaks didsn't steal it. However, the man working for US Foreign Department stole it ( yes, it is called stealing when you take something from your work, and you publish it ). And WikiLeaks knew this, so technically, WikiLeaks is an accomplice of information theft.

Isn't an article from before his apprehension. And it only says his previous apprehension order was invalid (administrative mix-up), not that it was revoked and reïssued by someone else (shaky evidendence).

And it's quite ironical that you praise WikiLeaks for standing up against a higher power ( this being the States ), but you don't want Clinton to stand up against another higher power ( this being the UN ).
