If true, that guy would have been accused of "copyright bla bla bla", but he is being accused of rape.

I don't know exactly how that rape-case is, but that statement is true if he didn't rape anyone ( I'm not in the position to know that ). He has been accused of offending the copyright for several years.

The journalist should be accused for publishing, yes. And the rape-case is something that stands alone from that.

It isnt the same, you are aplying ilogical statements. he didnt break or came into White House but he has a foint. That foint is the only one who can be judged, not the journalist.

What happend excatly ? Cause I don't know at all, someone revelaed inconvenient informations about movements of a few countries ? Now I only know that everyone are seeking for former owner of this site :P

they are hosting the informations, some other people gave this informations, for their reasons. for me is ok to reveal everything. infos that are "clasified" have that status because they are concerning information about malicious acts of the governors. if governments acts were fair, they would be published by the governaments themselves.

There is no way you can get to that information legally but having acceptance by the secret service itself. People who work there don't have the permission to tell about it.

and how do you know they had not an acceptance? ...there is not only one secret service on earth. just because americans get f...ed this time, public information can't be stopped.
firstly, we have a no-case here: someone/some institution should state/prove that the information is real, that the documents really exist, and is/was owned by him/the institution. no official charge will be pulled of, because the americans should admit they produced all that misery contained in the documents... they won't do it, unless they accept to make public they are using private informations and blackmail others officials.
...and, now, that is a problem. anyway: nothing new.

what if the infos were published on one of the chinese governamental sites? tey would press charges against chinese? ...or maybe invade them? hahahaha!

I think it's a shame US nukes are stored somewhere in my country and we didn't know that. And even now that we know the minister of defence is still lying about it! What ever wikileaks did illegal, it's worse the gouverment lied about having weapon of mass destruction.

Wikileaks is doing a great job, hope he can let us know more about the truth, as politicians of gouverments are nothing more then unreliable and lying sacks of shit.

it is normal. yuou didn't live with a regime that gives you only bull..t as information. i did. i am against all illegal/imoral action of a governamental structure payed by public money (OUR taxes). if there were no leaking informations, we did not knew about goulag, guantanamo, CIA prisons, and other horrible stuff.
information must be free...let's agree on that. and each one must have the liberty to choose, but beeing informed. for really.
