First of all, Italy isn't like the rest of Western Europe. They are ... weird imo. And you say in France all the 'real work' is done by Eastern Europeans? Then that depends on what you define as real work. Where I live, there are almost no immigrants. So I guess whatever the 'real work' is, it's done by us then.

But about china I think that this kind of incredible grow will meet in the future a great problem; how can afford a state with 1 billion of people the concept that rich people will be not more of the 0.1%? The future problem of china will be social, not economic. Indeed democracy should not be buy from a governament, and the only way is to get more services to all the china's people. Otherway there will be a great risk of another revolution

No, per year. But that doesn't mean anything. In Belgium for instance, 6.000 € a year for one person is really poor, because life here isn't very cheap.
