last third .. engine is fixed... now we are losing not 0:4 but just 3:4 :-)
I hope that we will not meet Canada, or we will meet them in finals. When are Canadians losing with us, they allways get half of our squad injured or suspendend. Its every year, Canadian hockey-players are every year favorites, but still shame of game because their mentality.
Slovakia is strong, but they have fight for whole match not only in 3rd period to expect win in tournament:p
Czechs didnt play first match well, but in comparision with first matches of Russia or Sweden I think we have chance on medal. Especcially Russia seems as outsider this year - lack of team play allways wind them down, but this year it seems critical, they realy need improve to have chance.
Finland and USA did their best, and seems well prepared to get into finals.
From other teams, I was dissapointed with Swiss first match(long-term 8th best nation on IIHF) and suprised with good perfomance of Germany (however we have seen in 3rd period againist Slovakia that they still have not enough quality to play well whole tournament). Latvia or Belarus are not there only to fill number of participants, but this year imho no chance to get into semifinals. Slovenia or Norway played on their level.

I do not watch Icehockey anymore, its because of what US and CA have made of that sport.

It will be a very interesting match, but I have a feeling, that Finland will win it, we are very poor this year :( Finland has a nice game, the match against Latvia was really dramatic and watchable :)
Last game ag. Germany was dramatic! Tonight its gonna be ewen sorryble for players... :)
