I agree. Hungary disappointed me as well. And I also liked the Finnish entry, imo the best of the bunch yesterday.

Perhaps you have this one in mind ;-) The similarity in the refrains is obvious but I doubt they were aware of it. I'll be happy with top 15 or so :-)

I thought the first semifinal would be easier to predict, but I still got a few wrong (some I'm glad I had wrong, such as Norway).

The 2nd semifinal seems very hard to predict.

Of course I hope Sweden will make it and I also think we will. Not that the song is great, but it's good enough to make it through (if we can perform it well). Bosnia & Herzegovina should reach the final as well and I think Romania, Estonia and Denmark might make it as well. If Ireland can make a great performance they should go through as well, but I've heard them sound very bad live so they might get in trouble for that.
Israel has a catchy song, but Dana International didn't sound good live in the vid I saw on Youtube so I don't know.
Bulgaria might have a chance as well.

But I'm probably wrong on many of my guesses ;)
