I'm glad for our singer Anna, it seems to mean a lot to her. I even think now she'll get a few points in the final. :-)

Dude, it is the Eurovision Song Contest; it's not like the singing or the song itself matter ;-)

It should. If you have a song with a bad singer, it will be bad no matter what you do. This is a song contest and therefore it should require good singers, unless it's an instrumental song of course, but on the other hand such songs are not allowed in this competition.

And just look at Norway. I'm sure that song would have made it to the final and maybe would have had a shot at winning or atleast finish quite high if it would have had a better singer. The girl who performed it tonight was terrible and completely destroyed the song.

Congratulations! I kinda like your song, even if the beginning really reminds me of another song. Still, it's a nice song and she's a good singer.

well... i just watch this for a laugh, some acts are comical, believing they are fantastic when painfully bad. the winners of the last 10 or so have been like that .

I think you are right. The edited radioversion of the Norwegian song is fun and not to bad to listen to, but the perfomance live yesterday was not something to brag about...

I liked the Norwegian song and performance too. However only the half of my personal best 10 qualified for the final. Shame.

I dont remember so weak level of performances.

There was only 1 good song: Hungary - What about my dreams.

I think they should win because she sings like Celine Dion ;)

There's over half to go still.. The level wasn't too good yesterday, but at least most of the least bad songs went through imo. And I feel our performance stood out nicely, cause it didn't have any circus and half-naked DD-cupped girls around it. Just a man, a guitar and the globe. I believe we'll be getting our best result since Lordi. Who btw @ mattius, (hard)rocked! Halleluuuuuujaaaaaahhhh! ;)

How did Poland do? When I saw the song before Eurovision I facepalmed, how bad was it compared to others?

nothing special but imo 4 place among all from 1st semifinal but unfortunately final is not for us ;(

I hope you do. Since Hungary didn't performe their song well they are not my favourites anymore. Right now I hope Finland or France will win. Or Sweden of course. Not that I think we have a great song, but it would still be nice to win ;)
