Deleted posts do not always have to be explained in the topic itself, most of the time I do it via sk-mail. And if someone keeps on going off-topic (like today) the reason why some posts are deleted is obvious, so please stop whining about it.

And if you think you deserve a ban more than him, then send me a sk-mail with details and I might help you with that one and pass his ban over to you.

Indeed a flaw in the system, agree with you on this one. We asked many times to dev-team if they can make a small note when a post is deleted or edited to show who did it. Probably not important enough.

I got no notice at all, I just mailed to the two Dutch-speaking mods online at that time, they both said they didn't deleted it. It wouldn't be that hard to show to the mods/admins or everybody who deleted the message at what time.

ok, so explain me where the freedom of speech ends in this forum

we have rules forbiding discusion about penalties, using vulgarisms, insulting or provoke other users, many types of spaming, or illegal things and adverising players

I never said it happened recently, it happened a few months back. I know why it was deleted (I am smart enough to know why that was), but I wanted to mention something to the mod/admin who deleted it.

There is a line between jokes and insulting groups of people. All 28 Admins voted on this case and a very clear majority of us found it very insulting towards multiple groups of people. Additional to that the guy had history to be proud of and he had many last chances, additionally he send some mails that he did not give a shit about us and our punishments. Reason enough for the ban. That is all I can say about this case, so here ends the freedom of speech from your side. This is something between the staff and the user and he can send us an e-mail if he disagrees, no need for everyone to give their opinion.

This is the 3rd version I've heard

Version 1 says - All staff voted and it was unanimous
Version 2 says - All staff voted and it was not unanimous
Version 3 says - No Polish admins voted in order to quiet rumours of prejudice.

Indeed, Sokker never asks the opinion of the users. Or maybe better: they don't take that opinion into account.

A vote could also be blanco you know, and who said it was unanimous?

In cheating case indeed, for 2 simple reasons:
- Regular users do not see the evidence we have available and we can not publicate that evidence, else it becomes quite clear how to cheat.
- Only the people against it will give opinion, just like with changes to the game. People who do not like come to the forum and shout, people who like it don't. We never receive mails with "good job you banned that guy for cheating!", unless it is sarcastic.

insulting (even if we get agree that it was an insult) "groups of people" isn't forbidden by our forum statute.

and what is 28 people without any abjective point of view (polish staff is in personal conlict with him since ever, foreign staff is dependent on their opinions) against ~500 users which gave their voice for man who is widely known from his sarcastic humor?

it isn't the case only beetwen staff and punished user, don't You think?

btw, I'm tottaly not suprised about his disrespectfull attitude against staff after what they tried to did to him in the past...
