another interesting fact is that from I remember (at least 2-3 last years) he didn't get any single punishment for a crime not directed to polish staff

oh come on.... he perfectly knew hes stepping on sensitive issues, knowing that he had many problems before... he took his chances and got busted, instead of apologising, showed his apathy towards rules of community and admins by stating that he doesnt give f about their punishments (probably assumed that his status of fame and polish title will protect him from ban)... So got banned, which in my opinion is more than deserved...

even if previous problems were partly caused by the staff themselves, remmeber that it takes TWO to create a problem, so his bit was always there...

and about sarcasm... there are different qualities sarcasm... Im not saying that mine is good, and i admint that sometimes I step a little bit on offending side while using it, but i know the line not to cross, and that is usually when u go from person to masses, because then you cross millions of lines...

Yeah I do understand the other side of things, I definitely don't think he should have been allowed to say such stupid things and he kind of brought it on himself. He's not the only one in the wrong here though and that's been my point all along.
What he did was stupid but understandable. The way the staff reacted to is has also been stupid but understandable. In a Chicken or Egg situation though, I blame what is an oppressive system for inciting this rebellion.

Fair enough, I'm somewhat defensive about people trying to pigeon-hole me into one side of this argument when if you look around I've argued both sides. I believe that if a coach or a player gets suspended by UEFA for racism, hate speech or simmilar, then they get suspended from all competitions under UEFA's jurisdiction. So, you see you were wrong? ;)
