I made the doorway Jeb made in this video (timing wasn't exact) but it was pretty cool :P
Very nice. :D
Building a bridge. It's over 140 blocks long, 5 blocks wide and the pillars take at some point over 20 blocks of gravel - in a single pile. I'm trying to operate a railway over it, but keeping the mobs of the bridge requires some more work first. I'm also building a fortress, so it is a bit of a mess with several different projects at the same time.

This is my current project:
I've done 4x as much since this last video, but my internet is so slow I aborted an upload :P

Nice. :-)
I get a little frustrated by the minecarts. I want to transport myself, but the damn locomotives won't go in the right direction unless I'm standing outside my wagon - which will then be happily moved before I have been able to board it. It's too close to real life rail transportation issues to be funny. :P

Can someone explain to me how this game works and why is it so highly spoken of?
Use a powered rail connected to a button that you can reach ;)
Right, something like this:
#--o
Where # is the powered rail, - is redstone dust and o is a button. Put a cart on the (un)powered rail, get in, press button. You should be shot off in one direction :)

Then you will be shot off, power a powered rail with a redstone torch every 10 or so spaces. Simples :P
Wait. Notch ya bugger!!!! D:
Right, new way. You have to put put back the rail on the piston and the powered rail because they get popped off. You can use a regular pistion but then you replace the pushed block as well. Unless you use sand. But that'd be a little dodgy.
There's probably much better ways but this is my DIY way ^^

Never played it, like to watch movies on youtube. Some things are amazing, like the space ships or the football stadiums :p
i decided to quit before the beta ended as it takes way too much time (enslavinggggggg) :p
Thanks. :-)
I have got another problem. Tried to find anything on the minecraft forum, but didn't and as it wouldn't allow me to register - wth - I hope you might be able to help me out here.
As soon as the game hits roughly 10MB in size, I get a BSOD eventually which usually corrupts my save beyond repair. I've got a 'nice' computer, well able to run anything on the market on (the) high(est) settngs. Completely at a loss why I get buggered with minecraft. Really annoying. I hate to leave behind my projects.

Have you tried backing up your saves and reinstalling?
