depends on how much taxes your goverment puts on diesel or gasoline.
Most countries tax diesel way less than gasoline. Maybe yours doesnt.


Yes, that´s true. Don`t know how much are they by heart, but not little. Sometimes the price doesn`t make sense at all. For example few years ago oli price was at least twice as less as it is now - definitely under 60 $ per barrell. For me it looks logical that gas should have been twice as cheap too, but it wasn`t. Only about 15-20 cents less compared to price now. My logic is wrong or this thing works differently?

Some are really old prices, but it shows the differences in prices very well.
Ofcourse the oil-producing countries have the cheapest oil-prices :) Although it's strange that the Netherlands have their own gas but it's not cheap over here.

in their countries there is no alternative fuel? here are natural gas also much cheaper than gasoline, but only a few vehicles use it despite the government installed the system for free.

There have to be alternatives for oilbased products..
