In Norway we pay almost 14,50 NOK pr liter. If the Euro is 1 for 8 NOK that means around 1,8 Euro pr. liter I think.

Roxxy to kreator
Chávez' gift to Venezoelans.
Free fuel.

LOL this has nothing to do with Chavez. Fuel prices in Venezuela has always been this cheap since ever. It has nothing to do with Chavez.

If Chavez has done something to the venezuelans, it is making them more poor than they were.

Btw, im a venezuelan who constantly moves from the USA to Venezuela and viceversa. Right now im in Venezuela, so I know what im saying.

Since 12 years ago does not increase the cost here, the gasoline is subsidied by PDVSA, the state petroleum company.

Even before Chavez, fuel prices were cheap in Venezuela.

So, it was the Boss Of The Moment's gift for Venezoelans.

Free fuel.

An easy way to stay in power for a long long time. (The subvention comes from State money, not from Boss Of The Moment bank account, of course).

I know people who live in North of Brazil and buy fuel in Venezoela (in fact they don´t buy; the fuel is actually free, the cents they pay is only a symbolic value) and sell it illegally in Brazil, making huge profits.
