A very serious accident Wouter Weylandt in the third stage. The rider was in a critical condition, it can not be transported to the hospital. Watching the replay on YT makes me ill. I hope this came out unscathed.

He has been transported with a helicopter to the hospital.

That really doesn't look good :S I couldn't watch the race today, was busy. Luckily I've missed this. Hope Weylandt will recover, but on Eurosport they weren't that positive. They told Weylandt got CPR for a long time, that's really not good.

I follow the Giro too. I like the cycling so much. Well, disastrous accident. As I heard Weyland's wife waitng for his children. :((
Well, not easy for them...

My favourite rider Petacchi for many years. I started to support him, when he was in the Fassa Bortolo.
I know, he have few chance, because in the mountain not too strong, but my opinion he is a big brain at the sprints, he have not only a power(now he is too old, but...).
