agree with you. ;)

i´d mostly agree with viscookie that you still need a very good song to win this competition and usually one of the best song does win. however there are still few exeptions, who can even win with an avarage song. like russia, probably turkey + some former yugo countries thanks to those points that you mentioned. cause russia this time f.e. got all his votes from countryes where there are big russian communities..(only exeption portugal who gave them 2 points out of total 90)


and I also wanted to add you´d need a pretty/cool singer also to win, not just a good song, but then I rememberd serbia´s molitwaaa or what ever it was.. so you can skip this one:P


and in conclusion:

It's funny that the German had the same argument every year, when there results were bad (mostly deserved) and a country won because of a lot of points from their neigbour countries.

Maybe the problem of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia was that they were too similar. They had a beautiful female singer, a good song and a great performence.
