Баллы каждой страны переводят в проценты (один балл равен 1.72%), умножают полученную сумму на число населения и получают “уточненную” цифру. С учетом того, что у Лены в Европе было 76.76 млн. поклонников, она собрала 9.82% голосов зрителей.
В то же время газета отмечает, что занявшая с 141 баллом 7–е место Армения набрала 10.42% голосов зрителей. Число поклонников представительницы Армении Евы Ривас достигло 81.48 млн, 29.73 млн. из них только из России. Баллы, полученные Ривас от Германии, говорят о 9.89 млн. поклонников.
На сайте института Маранкон представлена таблица, в которой показано распределение голосов и набранных исполнителями процентов.

The newspaper says that each country can give point from 1 to 12 to representatives from other countries. Lena - Germany's representative - scored 246 point from 30 countries. Now if you would take the number of people in a country into account, that means she collected 9,82% of the viewers' votes, or 76,76 million fans.

Your wrong there I guess. A country can give an maximum of 12 points do it doenst matter how many people are "fan" . Then armenia would have wone because of the people lfrom russia like armenia . With each country can give a maxium of 12 points this kind of neighbor friendly voting/politics are tomed in .
