Your wrong there I guess. A country can give an maximum of 12 points do it doenst matter how many people are "fan" . Then armenia would have wone because of the people lfrom russia like armenia . With each country can give a maxium of 12 points this kind of neighbor friendly voting/politics are tomed in .

So they weighted each country’s votes according to that country’s population? If thats the case then i understand it, but from your text i read they collected all the voters from russia(and other countries) and made the table directly by the amount of voters?
