I agree with you. it should not be a criminal offense in the first place. but I prefer legal . then one can do what they like . with no worries. decriminalized . means that the police wont have anything to do with someone possessing it. . but they can still refer you to a clinic. Legal. will mean. they do not mind you possessing it. and there will be no restrictions in how much you would like to possess

And cars? The amount NOx, CO2,.. they exhaust is enormous? Walking or living in urban areas harms your health..

You can eat as much Ganja as you like every day . all you get is very sleepy and more hungry,it will not kill you .yet you cant eat Tobacco all day ,cause it will kill you. and if you drink alcohol everyday it will rot your liver and kill you as well. so please do not class Marijuana in the same light as these poisons.because you are wrong. do your research first off, have the experience in using it ,then you can come here and condemn .even if you did . you will still be wrong!

smoking marihuana is as 'healthy' as smoking 4 cigarettes my friend :)
