It's a law in Norway, we should respect that right? I know its sick but this is Norway culture. Everyone is a equal to the law, even this guy.

So a guy executes 77 people, gets 21years in a 3room cell filled with gym apparatus, game consoles, computer, books, newspapers, sues the state for improper conditions, gets almost 40.000 euros compensations, and I should respect that?

Furthermore, he gives the nazi salute to the judges, everytime he goes to court, this also tells me a lot about his remorses.

Everyone is equal to the law, laws are different. Just use to it. I know in other countries much worse punishment is for lesser crimes. But this is Norway. Even criminal is still a human.
