My friend, you were too naive.
The goal has always been, for someone, to censor threads that he do not like.
If you start to publicly discuss it, then, it creates the opportunity for a MOD to intervene, and you have to pray that he understands what he does.
Of course for a mod is quicker to close a discussion than to regulate the exchange of free ideas in a civilized manner. No one pays him, so we should not be surprised that it does not want problems to manage.
The solution is to discuss only among those users who accept the basic rules of the forum coexistence: respect for different ideas, rejection of censorship, etc.

AND IGNORE THE OTHERS. ALWAYS. Let them write theiri bullshit and false provocation, instead of arming them with a casus-belli for censorship.

Unfortunately some kind of trolls are never punished. I mean those that are responsible for the degeneration and sterilization of sokker freestyle forum, (which is the only reason why the site is still online in many countries), and this, in my opinion, is a serious fault of the mod. Something admins should look very carefully.

There was a war in XVII century between Polish Republic and Cossack&Tatar alliance, but it doesn't really have a connection...the Tatars ran from the so called Golden Horde to Poland and Latvia around ~XIV century and quickly assimilated.

The thing is, the war with Cossacks and Tatars was with different group of Tatars - it was actually a war over the territory of Ukraine against the Ottoman Empire and later turned to become the Polish-Ottoman War.

Unfortunately I have to agree with you. I don't understand why, but this forum turned into one massive overtolerance freakshow. You can't discuss politics, religion or anything even in a civilised manner because it's...apparently wrong. Don't know what's wrong about it, it's discussed in main newspapers over the world, it's discussed in books and universities, but apparently some people's eyes bleed when they see what they don't like.

In Poland we can discuss such things and we always did, there were no attempts on censorship, even from harshest mods. We value the freedom of speech and like to discuss things. Fun fact: in Poland I'm considered a left-wing supporter, but apparently I'm a nationalist nazi, according to Charles.

Imagine this, Charles actually came to our forum and started telling us what we should and should not discuss, he was demanding from the mods to close our political topics, because according to him it was against the rules. Then, because he acted like he owned the place, he was completely trolled and laughed at, so he decided that Polish users and nationalists who hate Muslims :D

I agree that the forums on Sokker are "overcensored", if that even is a word :p
The only thing that is allowed is excessive spamming in the spam-topic

And when someone violates a rule, there are immediately 5 people to comment about the violation :D

Maybe there should be a topic about Poland problems in other EU countries like job stealing and drunken Poles?? It's not about Pools, but about the problems in other countries ...................... yeh right! :/

Will give you simple example.

In Poland we have many specialists that are welcome in other coutries and unfortunately for us they goes there (so they are immigrants) because they will get much better salary than in Poland.
There is also 2nd side of a medal. For example for people that are in bad financial situation and cant get job in Poland and are going to Nederland for collecting flowers will get 5xmore than doing the same in Poland. And in some situations people from this countries means (Nederland, Germany or UK) dont want to do this job or even work for such low salary. Now U understand?

And dont remember such situation with immigrans like now where are bombs attacs and rapes. Or even devastation of trucks in Calais to get to UK. So think that this is the problem.

An by the way. In Poland we also have immigrants for exmp. from Ukraine or Kazachstan who works in our country for cheaper salary than Polish people.

During the war, this communist party... didn't exist. He was founded after 2WW.

The PZPR, ruling communist party, was created in 1948. It was created by merging two other socialist parties - Polish Worker's Party (created in 1942) and Polish Socialist Party (created in 1944). So he is right, there was no real pro-communism sentiment in Poland before the 2nd WW.

In last free elections, 1938, the winner of Elections was the Camp of National Unity. There was no other party in the Parliament, only around 15 independent members of parliament and 19 representatives of minorities (Ukrainians and Jews).

So he is right...as for Worker's party (again, created in 1942...) in 1944 it had 20 000 members...so I wouldn't call it 'active as hell'. Plus you should read who it was created by - the Polish communists who were active in Russia and were brought to Poland after Russia invaded Poland...they were traitors and their job was to keep Poland under Russia's supervision.
