by the way, how to change this new ugly gayish bad looking theme to any of the old one (I like menus on the sides)

seems like option in "office" doesnt work at all

Click the gear icon and than click "theme".
On that page you should be able to switch to old lay out (theme)

Still using it aswell

You can also have menus on the left with the new theme though.
