That's the thing with these lists, no one will ever agree on everything.

General Explanation https://goodcountry.org/index/source-data

From the website about Contributions to Culture:

Contributions to Culture

6. Creative goods exports: Exports of creative goods (UNCTAD's Creative Economy Report categorisation) relative to the size of the economy.

7. Creative services exports: Exports of creative services (UNCTAD's Creative Economy Report categorisation) relative to the size of the economy.

8. UNESCO dues in arrears as % of contribution: UNESCO dues in arrears as percentage of contribution (negative indicator).

9. Freedom of movement, i.e. visa restrictions: Number of countries and territories that citizens can enter without a visa (according to Henley & Partners).

10. Press freedom: Freedom of the press (based on mean score for Reporters without Borders and Freedom House index as a negative indicator).

So looking at these points, apparently in 2016 the 3 countries you mentioned aren't the countries anymore as they once where in the past. Or you used different definition of the words Contributions to Culture as this website.

You just have to read this:

The Polish team could hardly hide its excitement as the celebrations went on. “Are we surprised? Not really”, Polish Team leader told the journalist, speaking just after receiving the award for Most Humble People In The World.

It turns out that due to a tiny logistical concern, only votes from the Polish judges has been counted. However, Polish organizers emphasized that the issue could not have had any impact on the final outcome.

Where is this from, The Onion? :D

And not to forget all the other Dutch winners who fight under a different nationality or else too many tournaments would end with the Netherlands on top :D

left side more propaganda than concrete action.

But i know Dutch never lock cars(a lot of polish people achtung!), house(a lot of polish imigrants!). Maybe need tutorial http://www.wikihow.com/Lock-Your-Car-and-Why

No, they are Dutch, wether you like it or not. Look at their pasports, their homes and gyms they have trained. Dutch :)

And those are just a few names in kickboxing that are Dutch.

So try to troll, it won't work.

But you most probably also confuse territory from Germany and Poland when it suits you. So I'm not surpriced if you do the same with this subject :/
