hey, just wondering what people in your countries say about drinking coffee? i mean how much can you drink per day, is it healthy, is it not healthy... whatever?
it depend how many water you have in coffee, more you have water, than caffeine is disolve, and caffeine is dangerous at high dose. The better coffee is Italian , the worse american

IMHO it's too much when you drink more than 3 italian coffee / day.
I can't make a comparizon with american, because it's less concentrate, but it contains more caffeine ..
Anyway, when something becomes a need, not a pleasure.. you should consider to quit.

Italian coffee is the best in the world, imo, but i cant drink it like you guys do. I mean, that tiny espresso, like a tequila shot, no way. I need to make myself a healthy can of coffee with milk, that i drink for hours :)
Btw, i drink two coffees per day max., i dont know where the upper limit is. If i drink more, i'm shaking like Michael Jackson all day.

in last 20 years i drank coffee more than 8 glass per day, (i drink coffee from glass) coffee and cigarettes are the best buddies
