Speaking of French, I met some of them when I was returning from new year party, they didn't know the path to main trainstation nor did we (they had an apartment nearby) but we got there using gps ofc.
Nice people, don't know why nobody likes them. Also, they say sink instead of think, made me giggle hon hon hon. They suck at english pretty hard tho

Indeed, spanish and Italian people aswell, not everyone sucks at it, but most do. But it's the same in Belgium, when you go to our french speaking part, their dutch is horrible and their English aswell. Though most of the time their English is better than their dutch.
The dutch speaking part of Belgium is better in languages than the french speaking part.

There are a lot of Polish people here.

Especially when I go fishing I meet a lot of Polish fishermen.
The only bad thing about is they don't do it for the sport. They fish to catch their food.
Because of this our Pike and zander population has really gone down the last couple of years.
It's proven that eating the fish here isn't good for your health, but they don't care :p

Can you tell them to stop doing this? So I can catch more fish?

well at first i totally don't understand fishing. it's... weird. plus i don't get fishing for sport. i mean, what's the point? if you want to catch some fish, prepare and eat it and it'll be better than supermarket shit, that's ok. but what kinda sport is it, lol. better go and play some footie.

It's hard to explain, eversince I was little I was fascinated about animals. I love watching animal tv shows and I love handling animals. When I was little I was always chasing cats, dogs, frogs, birds, ... Just so I could get a look at them myself. Same goes for fishing, I think it's some kind of hunting instinct. Fishing satisfies that instinct. But I don't eat them, because if we all ate them, they would go extinct really fast. And if you eat the fish from our waterways regularly, you'd get poisoned, slowly. Because of some kind of product called Polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB). Fish are prone to take in a lot of these toxins and storing them in their fat. Especially eel.
Supermarket fish in Belgium is way healthier :)

So i guess it's a matter of having that instinct or not :)
