Did you "crashed" into the car while running? Cause 400€ seems very little for a "crash" between 2 cars... :-p

Yeah, 2 cars...no damage on mine, except bumper went out of position...there's some damage on his car's body

So it was more of a chestbump than it was a "crash". Mostly insurances have a forfait you need to pay and they fill in the rest. If costs are too low, most of the time you end up paying everything anyways.

I hit his car's side with my rear...scratches on my bumper, deep deep hole on his car

I don't know, I'm going to my insurance company early in the morning for some info

and no one asks how did you crash into your dad's car :O

I might be wrong, but as far as i remember, insurance company wont pay if you hit a family member's vehicle. We had one case a few years ago, and they didnt pay.

well, my gf managed similar thing, dad's parked car, she drove in reverse, bam! XDDD

Aaand they left me hanging...now I have to drive his car to repair shop, pay for it from my pocket and give him my car for usage

Nothing to be sorry about, it was my dumb mistake so it's logical that I have to pay for it...also, I guess this will speed up some other things I was planning...perhaps it's a sign :)
