PS Dunno how US healthcare is, never had health related issues beeing in US, probably elpupe had, so he is not biased, he's talking about his own bad healthcare experiences in US.

I think there will be countless examples why it's not true. Your is one example, here is mine from first hand.

The mother-in-law of a girlfriend of mine is brought to the Netherlands for her treatment because her (Italian) son didn't want her being helped in an Italian hospital in Rome, after he has seen the Dutch healthcare system. That's not because he trusted 'the best free healthcare system' that well to let his mother in such an hospital :/

difference is that public (better word then "free") health service usually has large queue of people which makes waiting time longer than in private healthcare system..

but this topic is in very grey area, it's not just the systems fault or people/doctors/politicians fault really..

All websites with data I find put the same countries on top (yes, I looked for data AND posted a personal experience - called a tale by you = twisting and bending words!). I can't imagine these websites are all wrong and use tales instead of data.

EDIT: and, It is possible that netherland system is better? YES., looking at all data the answer is indeed yes. But this is not the point. He didn't want his mother in an Italian hospital because healthcare isn't that good at all. That's the point.
