Air dominance is only to 1 group. No need to see it yourself, media isn't wrong about everything because you can question it. A rebel army is completely powerless in the sky against an army like Russia. Together with Assad's army, rebels will never be able to have air dominance. I wonder if they have airplanes or helicopters left, don't think so. The only way to take down fighters is with surface-to-air missiles, and sometimes they are lucky.
Sometimes common sense is more then enough to know who has absolute dominance and who is almost powerless.
