the point is not really what I think, but the funny thing that someone ask protection from the law for soemthing he did breaking it. On the other side the big companies use opposite legal strategies in different situation with the only goal of maximize their income.

That is a good example of how we should deal with legislation problem.
Let's look at the outcome we desire, so we should understand interests and costs... and really shouldn't care at all versus moral/ethical principles that are only misguiding.

lol :P completely worn off jeans is fashion, so that is a good thing. The longer you can wear the jeans, the more fashion it becomes. And old models are called vintage. that is a win-win ;P



Most easy thing to do, find 1 pair that fits great (model regular or straight, these don't go out of fashion ;)), never switch from brand, model and store :P That way you can even shop online and know that what you buy is good enough. Or send your girlfriend to buy a couple.

I did that with Puma, worked great, all shoes fit. And did that with a pair of jeans, unfortunately that style did went out of fashion so gone was my jeans :S

And H&M is an easy store, most of the times they sell cloth I like.
