Nice to see this update, everything looks different now.
That would be a fun game, 'find the differences' ;)

Today Dutch municipal elections. Exit polls are given right now.
Glad to see the PVV isn't winning a lot, and hopefully the left spectrum is the winner, specially in my own region. That's best for health care, climate and living all together.

And some funny info, map of higher educated people in the Netherlands in blue color, votes for D66 and GL (liberal left/middle political parties) in green color. It is almost the same map :)
(darkest spots in green are also mostly larger cities)

it's the known socratic paradox.
those that studied the most believe they can undestand things they didn't studied at all.
so an engineer believe he understand politics
a social assistant believe he can discuss economics
a doctorate in biology pretend to discuss law methodology
a matematician thinks he knows better than a 3 yo what to do about those international war crisis
in the end they fail to see reality, and those the serve them coffee understand things way better.
(and this is by the way what marxism is about... but european left betraied all this..)

That's a very negative view. I see it the opposite way. The more you study something the more you realise you actually don't know shit.

I have no idea what your point is.
Education and voters results in almost all countries are clear. Higher educated people voting for religious, nationalistic conservatism is not that common at all. And there is a reason for it.

Or, the more you study something, the more you know something about. And the more you know something about it as someone who doesn't give a f*** about learning and simply believes what someone else told him/her, and it doesn't matter if that what is told is true or false.

you presume what is good to vote, then you conclude that educated people vote what you believe best.
It's the same thing: you know that you know.
if you do not exercise doubt method on yourself it is useless to discuss further.
By the way:
educated come frome latin : ex -ducere ( from - to lead ) and means to take out from someone something that he has already inside him
instruction come also from latin: in struere (in - to take/to structurate/to build) and means to build up the mind of someone.
I think most of us got an instruction, not an education at all

I don't conclude it, this picture is not made by me, this picture is how it is. Progressive liberal left and middle parties have a large group of higher educated people. That's not a coincidence.
GL means Green Left, so the name is very clear what they want, but also health care, equality, etc. Things that are important to a country.
And I don't post this to make it a discussion, I only showed a funny fact, nothing more and nothing less.
And latin can explain words, but we live today, language change.

Education comes from latin, indeed, but from the word educere and that means "to bring up, to raise, to teach...
