Friends and supporter of Russia and Syria, and their murdering of civilians with chemical attacks? You wrote nothing about those attacks!
Only 6 injured Syrian SOLDIERS and unfortunately also 3 civilians, 3!! France, UK and the US should have attacked without any warning all military installations, airfields, barracks, labs, weapon depots, etc to kill as many soldiers as possible, incl Assad!
And also way more serious economic sanctions against Russia and friends who actively are helping Assad.

Assad dont have chemical weapon, its false flag
The US states that they have evidence but they will not present this evidence because it will come out like it used to be with actors in a false bomb attack.

Russia responds to US, UK and French air strikes
RUSSIA has responded to the Syrian air strikes by declaring the country was poised to have a “peaceful future” and vowed there “will be consequences” for the US-led attacks.
Russia’s ambassador to the United States says there will be consequences for the military strikes on Syria, and it was not acceptable to insult Russia’s president.
“A pre-designed scenario is being implemented,” Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov said in an explosive comment on Twitter.
“Again, we are being threatened. We warned that such actions will not be left without consequences.”
He added: “Insulting the President of Russia is unacceptable and inadmissable. The US - the possessor of the biggest arsenal of chemical weapons - has no moral right to blame other countries.”
Russia’s foreign ministry said the strikes came as the country had “a chance of a peaceful future.”

Not about (strategic) power in the region;
supporting the wrong allies (enemies of humanity > like Putin + some dudes in Iran who also want to be big again in the region just as Putin wishes);
Russia being surrounded by quite a number of NATO military bases;
On the other side ISIS and other extremists 'hanging' around in that region (Syria and Iraq) ready to hit Russia;
Trump loves to play with his toys when he can and when supported by allies. The aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman is on it's way, with a shit load more missiles and even more important, air-fighters.
Not to forget, a lot of NATO around the Mediterranean Sea.

why is the headquarters of the Syrian observatory for human rights is in London? And they are the western source of all that is supposed to happen in Syria.

My first question, what have you looked up yourself with all those questions?? If I have questions without answers, I search for trusted news and info sites with google to find the answer for the questions I have. I'm not going to ask random people on a Sokker forum, Youtube, FB, or where ever.

Assad claims to be winning in certain regions, with the help of Russia, but do you believe the Syrian and Russia 'news' agencies?? Apparently it's not that simple. And after each chemical attack the Assad's enemy decides to move out, so it is an effective weapon, killing dozens of civilians. Assad and his allies don't give a f*** about human lives, even hospitals are a legit target as we have seen, gas is for him just one other weapon he can use.
Do you know how this gas works Assad is using? Have you looked that up yourself if you have these questions about gloves and masks? You do know what gas is .... a gas spreads out and becomes less and less toxic in a short amount of time, specially Sarin gas, it's not something like a nuclear or biological weapon. The UN wanted to investigate the area in Douma to know what chemical weapon is used and by whom, Russia used a veto to block this investigation! Without evidence Syria and Russia can claim everything with fake news, as prove is missing because of Russia's veto.
Apparently this confusing is working, you just showed that.
EDIT: the 'funny' thing is, when Assad and Putin bomb the hell out of Syria and killing thousands and thousands of innocent civilians for over 7 years now (an estimate of 400,000 death), no questions are asked and no posts at all on Sokker and many other websites about these terrible war crimes, incl chemical attacks, hospital bombings, etc.
But when the US and west bomb Syria in an effort to destroy the chemical weapons capabilities of Assad, with precision bombings to limit casualties (the enemy is even warned so they could withdraw!), all of the sudden people start asking questions, start asking for evidence, start blaming the US and west, start using RT.com propaganda nonsense, etc. Very strange!
