2 more 'good', 'solide' and/or 'very good' assistants isn't that expensive. In this tutorial you can find links to low wage assistants on the transferlist: How to get started with Sokker tutorial, or for better ones open the link at the bottom to Tutorial 2: Getting more advanced with Sokker (also good for junior school info).
For training match order you could better train MID with a 5-5-0 and/or 4-5-1 tactic so you can train technique with 10 MIDs each week. Ofcourse you can put ATTs on these positions but give them a MID order ;)
