I dont touch anything, I do quality assurance for the western european part of the company. Product specifications, complaints, ...

ah, that sounds boring.. what do customers usually complain about? claim that u sell chicken under the name of fish or smthn?

3 types
- warehouses complaining they didnt get the right amount of products, or that smt went wrong (like crushed boxes)
- retarded stuff like 'this tastes different'
- issues with metal part or stains or ... on the product
