Considering their headquarters looks like a car dealership building and they share it with 2 other companies and they have been around since 1945 i would say they cant afford to build bad apartments so go for it.
why stay in Poland anyway? According to Polandball you're all toilet cleaners and plumbers and we need lots of those in Western Europe.

the surroundings are great [green area, 800m to nearest metro station, 15min to city centre] but it's not my type of building...I don't like very high buildings, I prefer to live in a small, 4-5 floor building with my windows coming to the centre of the building [let's say that it's a square with empty middle part :p]
also there are 2 small terraces...why would I need 2 small? 1 big is much better...

I mean...I lived in such appartment for 1 year and you would be surprised how many girls like to strip with lights on :P there was even one girl who always made her morning stretching routine only in panties while I was having my morning coffee and cigarette, good times:)
but the main reason is that such appartments usually have big terraces, are less noisy and most of all less windy...which is great for summer and early autumn as you can chill for whole day on the terrace because it's hot and splendid:) on open spaces, near roads you always have crazy wind and noise from cars...
