Pay attention: you are not an European resident (pay attention: also citizens non residents are excluded), so you can't buy InterRail tickets. You have to buy Eurail tickets. Those tickets aren't sold in Europe, so you'll have to buy them in Argentina.
Eurail

Have fun :)

I think you can buy the eurorail tickets before you travel to Europe.

I found many different kind of eurorail tickets and all different prices:
nshispeed.nl
raileurope.com
raildude.com
interrailnet.com
eurotrip.com
etc.

Many of these sites also shows hostels and probably many have reviews also so you can read experiences of other people of these hostels :)

But maybe eurorail tickets isn't the cheapest way to travel as these are probably all fast trains. Buying rail cards, tickets and passes in each country can be cheaper if you travel by slower trains. But this is something you have to find out on each train-website of the countries you travel through. It depends of a lot of things.
Top 10 Tips for European Train Travel

In the Netherlands you travel by NS and you have all kind of different rail cards, tickets and passes: NS rail cards, tickets and passes. What is cheapest for you depends of how long you stay and how much you travel in 1 day.

You probably will be in the Randstad most of your time (map randstad) when you visit the Netherlands, most of the large cities are in this part of my country. Traveling by train won't take you longer as 30/40 minutes between these cities. Some info you can use when you search for the cheapest way to travel by train in the Netherlands.
Here you can find info of hostels in the Netherlands, starting from $5 per night: hostels.

And here are some suggestions of things you can do in the Netherlands: Things to Do in The Netherlands, incl reviews of other visitors :)

Sorry for going off the topic, but have you ever done a eurotrip by train? How much would it cost to travel for let's say a month, visiting France, Belgium, Nederland, Spain - only the ticket fares? I just wonder because it sounds like a great way to spend holidays next summer :)

You can fly very cheap in Europe with low budget airlines like easyJet and Ryanair. Depending of the day you want to leave you can fly from 1 country to another for less then €50 and sometimes even less then €30.

No, I never did eurotrip, but a friend of mine used to travel a lot by train. I know she saved a lot of money by checking the prices in each country, she never used a europass.

If I look in a few of those sites I find these prices:

raildude eurail global pass 1 month continuous (youth, aged 12-25) €547
InterRail Global Pass Every day within 1 month (youth, aged 12-25) €409
eurotrip Eurail Global Pass 1 month (Youth 12-25) $790 (Prices in USD)

So very different prices :) It's smart looking for the cheapest 1.
