Indeed England made too much mistakes in 1st half to be able to win... Nice fight to see... Nice intensity... Nice match today. Happy to see french boys recovered their concentration.

Nice to see England out of the tournament. They've been terrible and again tonight they were ordinary. Wales to knock France out next week as France haven't been playing much better.

On the Southern half, I expect much more interesting games with only Argentina as 'outsider'.

Australia probably have the best chance out of anyone of knocking the AB's out and in most games I'd back us to win against the Springboks but we've been pretty woeful ourselves, particularly against Ireland. We have beaten SA 5 of the past 6 times though I'm not entirely confident of our side atm.

but RSA misses both Steyn and Botha, which are 2 heavy blows :)

Still scratching my head trying to work out how we won that. We obviously wanted it more and our scrambling whilst horrible to watch was phenomenal.

Go Argentina, because I can't see how we're going to get up from this result and put in a better performance against the All Blacks at Eden Park. I thought not selecting Giteau at 10 might hurt our chances because despite Cooper having a lot more flair, he still struggles when the pressure is applied.

Good to reach the semis though, no matter how we got there.

I thought the Aussies would have them, Boks have been average as yet.

I was ashamed for England (I'm an England fan), they were awful.

Argies for a shock result here?

NZ only able to score with penalties.
Would love to see a rule where penalties are only decissive if points scored by tries/conversions and dropgoals are equal. Imo it would really tilt the game to a more entertaining level.
