I didn't see that "nl", just this advertising "gaaz voor"- sounds like dutch language :d

It probably says: Gaat er voor! (goes for it!) So it could also be Belgium ;)

i always looked the publicity to guess the country, but too little for reading for me!

i go for Excelssior stadium or Vitesse stadium, i dont see more "funny" team names :P
